SHUTDOWN

An internet shutdown is an intentional disruption of internet or electronic communications, rendering them inaccessible or effectively unusable, for a specific population or within a location, often to exert control over the flow of information. It is usually conducted by a government or de facto.

THROTTLING

Internet throttling is when the authority or even Internet Service Provider (ISP) takes deliberate action to slow down internet connection. Or Cuts the service down to 26 fron 3G or 4G.

Blocking is when major social media platforms and messaging applications are blocked. Some of the major messaging platforms are messenger, facebook, ino etc.
